Ashe Group believes that training and ongoing improvement in both procedures and equipment is crucial if we are to operate safely. We encourage behavioural change for all those involved in our work, making it unacceptable to compromise or turn a blind eye to any unsafe working practices.
We continuously review all our safety management policies and procedures throughout the company from the board directors to junior staff level, and our directors, where appropriate, receive training and achieve IOSH Directing Safely and Managing Safely Certification. Training for all staff is continuously assessed and programmed to ensure ongoing improvement in our performance.
We have updated all our Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and are proud to have been independently assessed and certified by CHAS, the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme and have been awarded the following URS accreditations:
